Im very upset with Nedbank call centre agent, who called me @6am this morning. She called my cellphone number and i didnt answer. This agent called my landline number @ 6am waking up my grandmother, grandfather and my sick baby. We thought it was a emergency calling so early in the morning. My grand mother and grand father both suffer from high blood pressure and for someone to call this early is very disturbing. Im very upset, if i was not paying yes go ahead and call. 6am and wake up my whole house hold. When i asked her what the call was about and why shes calling me @6am she advised that shes calling to confirm my information. My question again WHY AT 6am. Im in my room my sick grandmother gets up and brings me the phone, out of her warm bed @6AM. Im taking this further i know my consumer rights. Im paying and after this morning incident i will contact my lawyers. Agent asked me when she can call me i said 07:45-8:00. She didnt call me! Is this the way to treat your clientele
