Given a headache so early in the morning

I called MBD to make a follow up on the payment that was not amended. Its been more than a year and no one got back to me and the query was never resolved. When I made a call I spoke to a male agent, not even wanting to listen to what I wanted to explain to him, when I asked his name he hang up the phone. this is disgusting service especially so early in the morning they give customers attitute and not even a chance to let them speak. He didn't even understand what I was telling him cause he was not listening. If this is how they treat their customers how do they expect to help them. I'm am disgusted and disapointed that there are still people out there who can't do their job right. I expect a written apology from this agent for giving me a headache so early in the morning
