Not paying out the damaged vehicle

Bad day to you all
after putting my claim for the accident i had on my way to cape town. i cant believe after all the promises that was made with the repairs of the car. its not going to happen. after 30 days i made the claim furthermore without any explanation why isn't it going to happen.
after couple of calls to your branch in jhb without a success which i cant still get through its quite clear to me that you only reaping people off with false advertising and taking our money for nothing.after 3 years of not skipping a payment i get told sorry we cant help you.

to make matters even worse non of your staff that was dealing with the claim are so unprofessional its not even funny. Byron tried but never heard anything from Anna after she told me that she will be dealing with the whole claim. every time when one calls the claiming department no one picks up the phone and either both are on another line and they will call back which they never do. maybe they will explain to ombudsman man why they not going to cover for the damages of the car... plus i have to pay the recovery com. which took the car when one was in total shock at that time
