Pension stopped AGAIN!!

This is the second time my monthly pension has been stopped for absolutely no reason. The response to my telephone call and e-mail was "wait 7 days". How exactly am I supposed to survive in the meantime without my pension payment? I am extremely disappointed with Sanlam after supporting them for over 30 years.
