See previous complaint dated 25 March 2013. Received 2 calls from a Senior Standard Bank employee indicated that the complaint would receive attention. But still nothing happened!!! Today the attorney advised that they still haven't received a rectified instruction. Standard Bank, how long can it take to amend 2 spelling mistakes, initials and add 3 telephone contact numbers. Still don't understand what excatly happended. Private Banking blamed Homeloans??? The excuse was"human error" This is becoming really ridicilous!!
