During a busy week trying to head down to a bank and get something done before your lunch passes is hard enough. with a holiday week i went to the bank to activate my online banking, which can "only be done once you come into the bank", so i wait, out of 14 desks theres only 3 staff which dont seem to understand what they are doing as i was not the first person to leave angry. i am told to wait for the first staff member to become free to help. 45minutes later, she stands up and goes for a chat with fellow staff member. now i have been waiting an hour only to have her help someone els before me. you are forced to take numbers when you enter the bank but clearly 140 is after 144. Shelly beach branch just as bad. clearly customer service is not a important factor for these places. they are the 3rd bank that i have experience have absolutely no customer service and they have the audacity to tell you you cant do it telephonic ally because of a token??? why would anyone visit a bank with staff like that
