Capitec Bank
No Tellers on Month end to Assissted

On the 30th of July at around 15:10 i went in to Capitec Bank Festival Mall to make a deposit
I just need to understand why there was NO tellers behind the counter, NO staff member will come to me and let me know their is no one to assist me at that time..
I asked a staff member that came from outside is their no tellers to assist me she just said they bizzy (really) it is not that i only bank R1000 per month No much more but i am sure there is other banking institutions that will give better service and appreciate customer..
