My experience with capitec bank is utter disgust. I recomended capitec to one of my staff members but was utterly disgusted with the way they treat people. It took my staff member 4 hours to open her account because they kept sending her away because she couldnt spell her name on the proof of residence, so I take it capitec is only for the educated. They only opened the account when I had to go there and threten people. They then opened the account without questioning her wrighting capabilities.
To make me even more angry while I was there an old fragile man took to long to get to the consultant and when he finaly got to the consultant he was told he took to long and must go get an new ticket for the que. I dont believe this is the way to treat people when you claim to be a bank for the people.
