I got to African Bank Randburg at 8:30 to find the doors still closed i had to knock to get attention from the staff inside. eventually at 8:40 one staff member opens the door. i then enter the bank and no apology was offered for the late opening of the bank. i subsequently filled in the register as i had already lost 10min i approached the lady who opened the door an informed her that i wanted to make a settlement on my loan she then said i can not use my debit card to make payment i then requested that she get me a settlement letter with banking detials she then informed me that she cant do that as the manager was not in yet. i the asked her whats the way forward she then told me that i must phone head office. i subsequetly left the branch without getting any help from the staff. This is poor customer service and it showed lack of knwoledge of thier work from the staff.
