Still havent had any feedback to the below complaint lodged... SPEAKS VOLUMES... unprofessional staff and unethical mannerism CAPITEC Bayside Branch displays. The only professional member of staff, that knows what his talking about is Ryan. Thank you Ryan for all your professional assistance you have given me in this time. I was forced to close my bank account due to "ill treatment" of me as your client. Never again will i entrust my hard earnings with you. The staff lacks professional etiquette and clearly has no knowledge of the banking system... resulting in me going to another bank. THANK YOU STANDARD BANK BAYSIDE, clearly professionals and knows how FICA works.
