I went into NedBank to apply for a Savvy Bundled account on the 30 November 2013. I was told that I would have to wait a whole month to get my new card. Its been a month and few days already, So I decided that I would go in to the bank today (4 Jan 2013) to find out when I will be getting my card, The lady at enquiries told me that no card has been ordered and the waiting time for a card is 4-5 working days. They only ordered the card TODAY, now what if I didn't follow up with the bank? I would have waited forever. This is just wasting my time!
