Paying finance for a bike I never bought?

I requested a quote from Motomia, months ago, for the purchase of 1 Spitzer. I received the quote but declined the offer and bought my bike privately.

Last month over R1600 was taken out of my bank account from hifinance (JDG Financial Services / Hi Finance t/a Maravedi FS). After 2 weeks or more of chasing I finally got refunded my money (again, let me reiterate - for a bike i never bought!). JDG/HiFinance also ensured me the debit was 100% cancelled.

This refund was followed shortly by a deducted amount of R600 from my account, for May. (AGAIN, FOR A BIKE I NEVER BOUGHT!)

Please pay me back instantly, with compensation to cater for all the time and money wasted on emails / copious phone calls to Motomia and JDG/Hi Finance. My legal representative is looking into this case. Please contact me shortly.
