Hi

I bought a bike a year ago. Bought it cash and went for its service as per normal. And now the bike is broken. I called the place Bike Mania, with bad attitude they blamed me for breaking the bike. I was disgusted, they said they will help but then another cost with that amount i can buy another new bike. I send my family member to see maybe they will be more understanding, but as per normal bad attitude once again.

Feels like this company just wants money, beside you buy the bike then the attitude comes. Is this right not even a year i spend 10000 on a new bike i bought then it breaks. So disgusted with this place.
