Oken new bike

When I bought the bike, a motomia spitser 200cc, the bike's odo meter wasn't working properly. They said that they would fix it so I took it in. They worked on it for about 4 hours and couldn't fix it. Needing the bike as only form of transport I agreed to bring it back after the weekend. As I rode the bike continuesly died and lost power. They still don't know what's wrong or how to fix it and won't provide me with an alternative.
