Extremely poor customer service!!!

On 28/10/2013 my son had accident with his Spitzer. We took bike to Motomia Hillfox, in order to the damage and advise on whether it can be repaired. We got quote and submitted claim to insurance. In meantime we wanted the bike fixed ASAP. Motomia insisted we pay half of the quote, before they would order the parts and ASSURED us that once we pay, it will be a week before the bike will be ready. They'll get the parts quickly as warehouse is just here in Kempton Park!!! After continious follow-up with Jarred (manager at Hillfox), leaving messages and NO returning of calls AND after we paid R4000 already, WE STILL DON"T HAVE OUR BIKE BACK!! The warehouse keeps on delivering the wrong parts, or so Jarred claims, after we actually had to go into the branch on Saturday to ascertain what is happening. Am I wrong, but if you have a Red Spitzer and need a left brake lever or red tank, how difficult can it be - red and left, not black and right!! We have had nothing but from Jarred and absolutely no feedback, even if we call and leave messages! Jurgen, Operations Manager, from CT is no better as he did not even bother returning my call on Saturday and now Tuesday!!!
