Bad Quality Bike / no back up to help with problem

I bought a Enzo 150 in November 2012, As I Drove home from the sales floor the bike did not feel right. It was making a lot of noise where the chain is whenever I Change gears. I complaint immediately. Rodolf said he would come and look that same day. He never came. after 3 Days and after a lot of calls, LeRoux was send to have a look. They found a lot of problems and took the bike to the workshop. We requested another bike but was informed that head office declined to replace the bike. We got the bike back supposedly repaired. The bike continued to make noises when we rode, we again complained in December When the bike had 200Km on the clock as the starter got stuck, Leroux came out and only adjusted the chain. We had the 300Km service on the 25/1/2013 I complaint again about the noice and was told it must be like that.
Yesterday 29/1/2013 the chain sprocket broke, we phone for assist ens as I was stuck, They apparently were not able to help. I have only traveled -40 Km sins the service.
