I had a change of address a couple of years ago and went through the whole process of changing all my details and keep my FICA up to date. Every time I complain about my details still being incorrect, they make some kind of change but cannot get all my details correct and the next time you need to do banking the information does not match and the easiest is for them to say you must go into your branch! I have done this many times and complained directly to the complaints resolution center but still they can not get my branch correct!! (I have got a string of emails with reference numbers as proof). This time around the complaint resolution center just ignores my emails and [Email Removed] just passes the buck when they eventually reply after 5 days!
