I'm an ABSA client for more than ten years, just to realize that they have an incorrect ID number for myself and other details that's still not rectified on their system after visiting ABSA several times (Different branches) it still seems they can't change my details to the correct information!!! Every time I visit one of the ABSA branches they need different paperwork to prove the details just to find out after a year it still has not been changed, So every time I need to get all the affidavits and all the prove they need to make the changes, all my time driving around standing in ques just to sort a problem for a day!!! Ridiculous!!! Maybe I should think of moving my ABSA account to a different Bank where I can start an account with the CORRECT INFORMATION then I don't need to go through all this trouble each time I want to do something at my Bank.
