I took an insurance with outsurnce around the end of february for my two cars and they gave me a quotation of 1963.57 per month for the both cars. unfortunately my wife got a cheaper quotation with budget insurance and i had to cancell the insurance with otsurance. i sent them an email notifying them about the cancellation but the debit order still went through on the 01 March 2013. after calling them several times they promised that the money will be refunded within a month. After checking my bank statement i can now see that they only refunded me an amount of 580.89 without informing me why they are not able to refund me the whole amount of 1963.57 as promised.

i would like to be refunded the whole amount of 1963.57.
