Efusal to refund me in full and rude consultants

I sent an email to Outsurance to cancel my insurance as i have decided to say with my current insurer, when they quoted me they were very friendly but when i called to query the amount that they debited to my account, that was not supposed to come off in the first palce, a lady by the name of Somar was harrassing me about why i requested a quotation in the first place. she then gave me her email address, which keeps bouncing back, to send a copy of my bank statement as well as the email i sent to cancel in order for me to be refunded in full. on following up with Outsurance on the email that wasn't going through, i spoke to a consultant by the name of Hashim Makhubele who was giggling throughout my call. he proceed to say to me they will not refund me in full as i was insured for a day, but that is a day's insurance that was not supposed to happen in the first place as the insurance was cancelled. they are so super nice when they sell you the insurance but so rude when you are not interested in their product anymore. i want my refund in full!!
