Billing me for the incorrect product: paying more

I purchased a Macbook pro MD 101 on the fnb deal which cost R530 per month but they are charging me monthly for the more expensive model (MD 112/MD102 or something like that, that costs 750pm). I complained and they said they will pay the money they overcharged me back into my account. They did not do it and they still billing me R750pm. Im calling a lady Tebogo that first handled my complaint but she is not answering her phone. This is not on.
