Incorrect Billing for 2 smart devices I dont have

Frankly I am tired to writing numerous emails to FNB Smartphone Division & hello petter on a monthly basis over FNB incorrect device billings.

I was promised by Eli Mujahid de Villers last month that the incorrect billings done by FNB of two devices on my account was rectified and I will no longer encounter any problems. It is now June 2013 and cannot believe I'm still trying to resolve billing issues of ONE device I purchased December 2012..

I want my money REVERSED to my ACCOUNT TODAY for the two incorrect devices I don't have, I'm not going to pay for devices because of FNB non-functional system processes. I am tired of having to always discuss this on a monthly basis. If nothing is done to sort this issue once and for all. I will definitely now take my banking elsewhere. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
