Requested limit increase - no response

I have asked for a limit increase, on the 19th of March already. I got a response that there is a problem capturing
my application so it is handed to systems department. I phoned again on Monday and it was said it is only being handed now to systems department. Till now I haven't heard anything except for the fact that my account is always a problem with capturing applications so that is why it is handed over. This is the second time I'm struggling with Discovery, the other problem I have. I have asked on numerous occasions to change my debit order details to the 15th of every month as this is the date I get paid. My debit order is for the 20th, so everytime I pay eft on the 15th (my premium) and then on the 20th they try to take it again, costing me more banking costs and making my bank account look bad. I'm fed up with poor customer service from discovery
