Ordered&received cheap phone, paying for expensive

Business & Finance

I ordered and received a Samsung Galaxy Pocket (cash price about R900.00 and monthly instalment of R49.00 x 24 months) through FNB online banking last year October. However they have been billing me for a Blackberry Smartphone which costs almost R4000-00 and which monthly payment is R179.00.
I reported it to the mobile devices division at FNB on 30 May 2013 and followed up with them after this twice. This morning I heard that they are correcting it and that is all that the lady can tell me. I asked her how long does it usually takes and she said about 7 working day. Well it has no been more that 10 working days since I reported it and it still hasn't been corrected. It seems easy to order a phone and have it delivered through the online banking but if there is a problem it is much more difficult to sort out unlike buying a phone from a mobile phone shop. Buying a phone from a mobile shop it thus still the best way to go!
FNB HOW CAN YOU HELP ME??? Sort this out and stop charging me for a phone I did not receive.
