Overcharged for 6 months. Still not resolved!

17 Feb 2013 I upgraded to Samsung Galaxy 3. R389pm on MTN 200 : handled by Genevieve MTN Constantia.. I went in the following month to query my billing. Genevieve logged an enquiry. Ref 98897420. She said I was paying too much for my promo fee & that she would get back to me. She did not.
On 3 May I called MTN Customer Service & again queried my billing. I did not receive a satisfactory answer.
On 25 Jun I went to MTN Constantia & Dan logged another billing enquiry. He agreed that I should be paying R389 per month, but that I had been paying R516.67 plus VAT. Ref : 2321955. He said I should wait 3 weeks & it would be resolved. It was not. On 19 Jul I went back to MTN Constantia and Genevieve logged another billing enquiry Ref: 2421556. On 21 Jul I received an sms to the effect that my package would be changed on 21 August. I went into MTN Constantia on 25 July to query this. Saeed called MTN Billing Dept & was told that he had to log another query. Ref: 102424214. I have no confidence that I will be refunded. I have been overcharged since the start of my contract in Feb. MTN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! I have been a contract customer for over a decade!! Sort this out.
