Good Day

A few weeks ago I made a payment into a discovery card account and mistakenly added some incorrect digits.
I raised this with Discovery and followed the necessary procedure to get the call logged. to date the recipient has not been paid and my money is sitting somewhere in Discovery, I have called on several occasions only to be told that I will receive feedback from someone else.

Please would discovery either put the money back in my account or just transfer it to the recipient.
