Shocking Service, Getting No help from Discovery

Today is the 13th Feb, and it has now been 18 DAYS since we paid our Discovery Credit Card installment (on time), and 18 DAYS of NOT being able to USE our Discovery Credit Card!! We can't buy food, pay accounts, put in petrol, or buy nappies for our baby!! On the 1st Feb Discovery acknowledged receipt of payment and were 'trying to sort it out for us'!! Gee THANKS for doing us such a HUGE favour as if this was our fault!! We have received NO updates or feedback from Discovery. What DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! We sit and wait, hoping maybe TODAY our card will be activated. But NO!!! Nothing!! Once again, DISCOVERY HAS RECEIVED OUR PAYMENT which was PAID ON TIME!! Yet they have still not allocated it to our credit card. Why NOT? Where is the money sitting? How difficult is it to allocate money into the correct account for your loyal members? This wasYOUR Mistake Discovery yet WE are paying for it!! What more do you need? You have the proof of payment, proof to show it was paid on time, you have 'found' the money, yet you don't do a thing to fix it!!! I can't believe the complete disregard for your members' rights and welfare!! SORT THIS OUT TODAY DISCOVERY!!
