Fuel rewards queries and payments not resolved tim

Our fuel rewards are not being calculated by the system automatically, therefore we are not receiving our cash backs for the fuel spent. Every month I have to log a call to ask that they correct the system and that they pay our fuel rewards. They get back to me saying that they have corrected the system and the money will be in my account within 3-5 working days. I have to keep on sending emails, querying where my money is because the money just doesn't get paid. The service is appalling. Can somebody please take ownership and correct this issue. The latest correspondence from discovery was on 19 Sept where they promised feedback in 3 to 5 days. I am still waiting
