EARLY DEBIT ORDER

I changed my debt order date 2 MONTHS AGO!!! i accepted it when they debted my account on the 25th in March because i maybe thought that i advised them to late, so its fine :)... BUT MY DEBT ORDER WENT OFF TODAY!!! AND I ADVISED NEDBANK THAT I STARTED A NEW JOB N THAT MY PAY DATE WILL BE THE 28th and NO LONGER ON THE 25TH!!!...I PHONED THEM & and ; i was told that they do that when you have money in your account they take it!!! I WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE MY PARENTS FOR EYE TEST AND GLASSES TODAY :'( THANK YOU NEDBANK,!!!...#VERY UPSET# i am one of your loyal customers!!
