Nedbank
MY BANK CANT KEEP MY MONEY SAFE!!!

The 1st of April a notification went off on my phone and i saw that money has been deducted from my bank account. I thought it was probably my credit card but when i saw that it wasnt, i went to my bank the next day. I asked them to return my money in my bank account which they did and i asked the lady for the debit order's details because " lddiscovery" doesnt sound right to me and 2ndly, i dont have medical aid. My bank couldnt give me the details because they said there is none. Now how am i suppose to bank with Nedbank, if they cant even keep my money save. Because i have never heard of this "lddiscovery" and now also, it means that anyone can just debit my account and my bank wount do anything.
