Insurance being reckless

I was in margate doing my shopping and then thought let me just pop in at margate pannelbeaters.guess what i found? i saw my car entering being driven by one of the staff members at margate and they have not even started repairing it.i asked them about that and i was told that they went to VW to check the parts that were missing and they cant start the repairs without the lights.i honestly didnt take kindly of that because i am expecting them to be professional and take due care about our cars that are under their supervision.the last time i spoke to them they told me all the parts were there and they would start with the repairs on monday this week.that has not happened.then i doubt if my car will be ready on the date i need it.as i know that margate is your preferred pannelbeater i guess i am correct to ask you to tell them to buckle up and repair my car.i need it asap.especially after seeing that they dont treat it as an emergency anymore.i am not comfortable in driving a courtesy car.so please talk to them.i need my car now.
