Incredible good service

Car broke down on route to South Coast, Marina Beach. Problem battery not charging.

We visited Margate Auto Electrical Friday 27 Dec 2013 aroun 9:30 am. They were so busy, I think they won't even recall I was there.

I expected altenator trouble, and prepared for a hefty bill, and leaving my car there for repairs. I told my problem to one of the managers there, unfortunately did not get his name. He was clearly very busy with other work.

He said no problem, and asked me to park my car, and instructed a black man to check the problem out. This man quickly checked everthing, and said the only problem was that a plug that plugs into the altenator, did not make contact, and that was the only problem. He made sure it fitted properly.

When I asked the bill, the manager said it is so small, there is no charge.

I was absolutely amazed. In todays world and especially in SA, this is almost unheard off.

I just want to thank Margate Auto Electrical for giving me time, looking at my problem immediately, and about their honesty. They could easily have charged me thousands, knowing there is no problem.

I can't really put down I much I appreciated this. I wish you well.
