Useless service at the Goodwood ABSA branch

Complaints of this season start as thus, Useless service at the Goodwood (Western Cape) ABSA branch regarding my problem. The ATM in Kensington switched off while i was drawing cash R450. I rushed off to the ABSA branch in Goodwood and they didn't even help me all they said was that they would call me back but its 12days down the line *my budget is fu*ckd* and no one from ABSA cares!!! This happened on the 04/01/2013 at about 14:30 the afternoon.
Stop chasing customers out the door in time of need! Get back to me soon and refund my cash to me or i will be forced to go Hello Peter or take legal action!
