No Feedback/Phone call after enquiry

On Saturday 30 March 2013 I went into Goodwood branch to enquire about the settlement amount on my Credit Card that was incorrectly given to me. I was promised a phone call by Tuesday 2 April 2013, but no response yet!
I also want to know why i am charged when someone deposits cash into my account---The depositor should pay, not me.
