ABSA REWARDS A USELESS SYSTEM!!!

ABSA advertises ABSA REWARDS. I am a customer of ABSA for over 30 years. I registered for ABSA REWARDS in the middle of May. After 6 telephone calls to their useless call centre and about 8 e-mails to their useless customer service department, NO ONE can manage to implement my registration with ABSA REWARDS and therefore I DONT GET ANY REWARDS even though I am entitled to many. Their answer to me is that THEY ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM!!! Two months later, they are STILL WORKING ON THE PROBLEM!! Is ABSA REWARDS A PROBLEM!!! I am moving over to FNB!!
