R400-00 cash back misleading

I approached Outsurance for a vehicle insurance quote and they could not better my current insurance quote with Auto& General. Not only were they almost R200-00 more expensive, but they also did not offer "NO EXCESS PAYABLE" option. My quote with A & G also included a broker's fee.
I have had two claims for my vehicle in the last three years and disclosed this to Auto& General when they quoted me.
I claimed the R400-00 from Outsurance and sent the supported quote from A & G and got an email back to say that the quote must be "like-to-like", a comment which is not mentioned in their TV ads or Media ads. They claim that their higher quote was based on my previous claims, which, according to them, was not disclosed to A&G.

Outsurance makes themselves quilty of misleading advertising and who are they to suggest that my previous claims weren't disclosed???

Their ad simply states that they will pay you R400-00 if they cannot beat your quote

In the same email they invited me to take an insurance policy with them... what a cheek!!!
