I've been a loyal customer since June 2009 never claimed, never skipped a payment. In January 2013 I called to update my details, I was told that my cash back will be due in 2017. This took me by surprise as I wasn't aware that they have cash back. I asked why only due in 2017 when this is my 4th yr with them. I was told I did not opt for the option. How can I opt for something I'm not aware of? and why was it activated in Jan 2013 without my permission? who wouldn't want cash back? I requested the call recordings on 29 Jan and was told it takes 7 days when I followed up on 06 Feb it changed to 7-10 days. Request was sent again on 14 Feb, followed up on 27 Feb and 4 March... finally on 6 March I was told that the calls could not be retrieved and it was taken up with the directors and I will have feedback on 07 March by 12:00. I am still waiting on feedback. Am I suppose to follow up again? This is frustrating.. when I pointed out my unhappiness I was offered a R250 or 1 months premiums back which I refused. I trusted them to have all my insurance needs covered and this is the type of service I get.. Can only imagine the horror I will have to go through should I need to claim
