What a RIPP OFF!!!

I have been a client of Auto and General for many years with my last claim being December 2010 for a cell phone. I have never ever missed a premium and throughout my entire history with them I have had 2 claims both for cell phones over a 6 year period. Today I get a mail stating that my policy re-rate is 100%. I called the call centre and the premium lowered still with a 40% increase in premium. How can you justify this increase??? Inflation is between 6 - 8 %. I have NO CLAIMS so what are you basing your increase on? You call centre agent could not explain it to me. I am due my cash back reward in January next year so is this a tactic to cancel my policy before it pays out? If that is the case your business model is ridiculous!!! I don't really care much for the cash back reward and I expected better from a company I have been loyal to for so many years so congratulations I will be shopping around for other insurance!! I think I will switch to the company WHERE YOU ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT!!! Im disappointed with this and you have lost a loyal client of many years!!
