Cancelled the insurance but they went ahead

We spoke telepathically with the consultants and before the month of the first debit i requested them to not go ahead with the policy as i had another one with standard bank and they did agree to cancel it but last month they did debit the first payment.
I want it to be paid back into my account and cancel the insurance as i requested.
