Still being billed for cancelled insurance

I have cancelled my policy with MiWay over 4 months ago yet I am still being debited for insurance that I don't have! I have requested that Miway stop my debit order but NOTHING has been done about this.

It has become a real inconvenience to go back and forth to the bank to reverse the charges. Apart from placing a stop order at the bank from my side, it has come to my attention that every month, the amount being deducted by Miway is always different from the previous month!

Several requests have been made to cancel this account as well as cancel the debit orders, but nothing was done about it! Whats going on???
