Not satisfied with the respond

Thank you for your respond but like I mentioned in my previous complain was that Tonia has agreed to my proposal to give back the car with 42% of the market value of the vehicle and a condition that if the bank agrees. Now my question to you is that why are you involving the bank in this matter instead of releasing the car back to me because I have not agreed to relinquish my rights to the vehicle to you as per the agreement of loss drafted on my behalf by yourselves. Why is it difficult to give the car back to me since you are not prepared to repair it. Have you already sold it or the parts of the car before we finalised everything, cannot understand why ELDA panel beaters in Polokwane is refusing access to the people I send to take pictures of the car or to even assess the car whether everything is still in tack as it was after the accident. If my policy has been cancelled why did I not receive any correspondence to that effect?
