ABSOLUTELY USELESS

I applied for a loan via City Finance who brokered the loan with Moneystar. Sent all the necessary paperwork - including a letter from HR confirming my employement status and then started waiting. Waited a full week - they kept saying that they could not contact my HR department - this when I could actually see the HR pepole sitting at their desks - not only did I give them the HR department number but also 4 other Management numbers. I waited a full week with no luck - phoned them on day 7 and was told that my loan was declined as they could not reach the HR department - WHAT a of rubbish!! I think this business only has 2 or 3 people working there and they don't know what they are doing. Pretty pathetic!! Stay away from this company -- all promises and NO Delivery!! Don't go near them folk, no matter how desparate you are...
