I came to deposit cheques, 1 of them was a Cash cheque and i asked the teller if i could cash it, to which she said Yes.
The next minute one of her colleagues came and they were mumbling something. I asked her what's wrong, she didn't reply and then she just disappeared for 15 minutes with the cheque without saying anything
I stood there waiting and waiting as though im a criminal, whilst everyone is staring at me in the Q. The staff on the floor could not even be bothered to check what was happening until i made a noise and then the lady returned with no apology, rudely stating they are still awaiting for verification. I tried explaining to her that she should have told me that it would take so long i would have just deposited into my account instead.
After being a client of this for 40 years. one would certainly expect better service. Staff like this clearly do not stand true to your slogan "moving forward" People like this are infact moving the bank backwards!!!
This is not my first incident with this bank, and I am certain that all thats going to happen now is that i will recieve a call from this branch with an apology. thats all and incidents like this will continue to occu
