Standard Bank - Moving backwards!

In the past three months three cheques have bounced from my Standard Bank Cheque account, all amounting to 12k (I don't even own a cheque book). The first two occassions occured on the same day - I was told by the department that the issue would be handed over to the investigating team and I would have to wait three weeks for feedback and reimbursement for amounts charged to me when the cheques bounced. Two months later, I finally get through via the call centre as nobody ever bothered to pick up at the investigating department, and the helpful lady advised me that my issue had been reported but had fallen away, hence nobody ever getting back to me - so she then lodged through the issue AGAIN but had my monies returned to me within the next two days. I was reassured this would not happen again as my account would now be monitored for any suspicious activity. The third incident happened this morning, less than two months later, and I am left astonished and in debt of over 6k lying in my overdraft, but I am not left speechless: Thank you Standard Bank, for moving me in fast-forward toward your competition and away from your bad service as our business relationship ends today.
