Bad service / no feedback / no rebates as promised

After logging two complaints with discovery card for not receiving the rebates as promised on gym fees and healthy food items, I was informed that the cases were logged and would be sorted. Two weeks later I phoned in AGAIN and AGAIN the case was logged and I was PROMISED that I would get feedback within three days, irrespective if the case was resolved or not. That was last week Thursday and no feedback has been given. Why do we pay high card fees if there is no service and why where the rebates not given as promised. I feel this is very bad service to say the least.
