Card Machines always giving issues

The card machines Nedbank provided to me for my business are continuously not working. This has impacted my business and I will no longer be using their services. They can come pick up their non functional devices. I would recommend no one ever use the merchant services provided by Nedbank as it impossible to get in contact with their call centre as well.
