Nothing works in Nedbank Braamfontein

Good Day

Was does Braamfontein Nedbank always have an issue. Today the ATms where offline, Tuesday the STT had no paper, They converted my account to a savy account but still I get charge R 87 for a bank statment from STT machine. Cant nedbank get anything right. Whats the point in trying to save money when they find look holes to get it back.

I stood in a line at Northgate Nedbank for over an hour on a saturday for a new card, really now. There was only two people at the customer section but was told there are always 4 on a weekday. Are they playing marbles and got tired so they took the weekend off? I ask more information on opening a business account, guess what, the business banker is not in today. Didnt bother to take my details to have him/her to call me to discuss further.
I really hear more good about FNB and rather build a credit history with FNB than with nedbank who doesnt offer me value for my account fees.

They also gave me a American Swiss card that cant be used in most debit machines including some Nedbank debit machines. So why offer me this when its does inprove my life at all.
