When the amount of attempts your technicians take to fix your machines outweighs the successful transactions - you know you've got a serious problem.

The never-ending procedure:
1.Removing the battery and sim is the only step the call centre can help with before logging a call and sending a technician.
2. The technician, who agrees that your machines are beyond second-rate to the Nedbank machines we have, attempts to get a successful transaction.
3.Once succeeded, your technician leaves, we get busy, your machines timeout rendering the process useless.
4.Start from step 1 again. Repeat until you've had enough and end up writing a message on HelloPeter.

We left FNB merchant services due to their machines unreliability. This was under the promised pretense of SureSwipe being trustworthy.
The reality is, your machines and business have become so undependable it's beyond me you're still classified a 'business'.

To everyone out there, Sureswipe are selling a terrible product.
The offer of better rates (which actually aren't better than Nedbank by the by) isn't worth the headache.
