12 Months of pathetic service

I've been a loyal Nedbank customer for around 14 years but it seems the more business I give them the worse their service gets. Since getting my building loan, the past 12 months has been extremely frustrating and nowhere close to the service that any customer has to go through! Repeated broken promises about feedback, about what needs to be done, incorrect information being provided, an absolute disregard for customer service, confirmation on email that things can be done only to be told later it can't be done and it's my problem, to name a few. I'm still waiting for feedback from January 2013 after repeated emails, sms and calls to the person at the branch, the branch manager, the area manager of 2 regions, the national manager and "ask once". I've been waiting for 3 weeks for the National manager to respond... again 3 emails later. In true Nedbank style they only respond after about 4 emails or calls and then still don't answer me on the question I asked months ago.
