Loan approved but wheres my money?

I received a sms start of may saying the loan was approved.its the 20th today and theres no money in my account.i keep getting told pretoria will sort it out and they dont. Whats goin on? (Supplier name changed from Bridge Group to Bridge Loans by Hellopeter.com)
